I.M. Construction Group (IMCG) announced its completion of two office build-outs and renovations for tenants at Touhy Plaza, 5550 W. Touhy.
In the first project, IMCG completed a 13,100-square-foot build-out and reconfiguration for tenant, Dunn Solutions Group. IMCG reconfigured its space to include an open office area as well as construct new office suites. The Interior Design Group, Ltd. provided architectural services and Bob Nomellini, president of IMCG was the project executive.
IMCG also built-out a 1,500-square-foot dental office suite for Dr. Scott Miller, within the property. The newly constructed medical office suite features a reception area, three exam rooms, X-ray equipment and private offices. Fred Polito Architects provided the architectural services and Nomellini oversaw the construction team as project executive.
Touhy Plaza is a 50,156 four-story square foot, office property in Skokie located near the I-94/Touhy interchange. The property is owned, leased and managed by The Missner Group.
