I.M. Construction Group (IMCG) has been selected for a kitchen renovation at Jolane’s Restaurant & Bar at 1100 Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview, Illinois.
Jolane’s is a contemporary restaurant in the northern suburb featuring European cuisine and artesian libations. IMCG was selected for the 1,000 square foot kitchen expansion. The project includes the build-out of the space and relocation of exhaust hoods, ranges, deep fryers and installation of new sinks. The expanded kitchen will be operational in spring 2015.
“We have a great deal of experience working in occupied areas,” said Bob Nomellini, president of IMCG. “Our expertise lends itself well to this project, particularly as it requires a great deal of attention to ensure the safety and integrity of on-going kitchen operations.”
IMCG is providing the construction services for the renovation and expansion with Nomellini and Project Manager Kent Nepras leading the project team. Len Corso is serving as the project superintendent. Camburas & Theodore Ltd. is providing the architectural services.
