DTZ has represented Fruition Partners in a relocation/expansion to 55 W. Monroe St. Previously headquartered at 168 N. Clinton in Chicago, Fruition Partners is a cloud service management consulting firm that is scheduled to occupy 14,000 square feet of space at 55 W. Monroe St., a Class A, 40-story high-rise situated in the Central Loop, later this spring.
Steady company growth necessitated re-location out of the West Loop. Fruition Partners was recently ranked No. 480 on the 2013 INC list of 500/5000 Fastest Growing U.S. Companies list and rapidly outgrew its current space. As part of the headquarters expansion and relocation, Fruition Partners turned to the DTZ brokerage team of Vice President Adam McCostlin and Associate Vice President Jordan Decker to help identify a higher-profile workspace to upgrade their corporate identity while maintaining a creative culture and collaborative work environment for their employees.
After a thorough market evaluation of CBD availabilities, McCostlin and Decker recommended the Helmut Jahn-designed office tower at the corner of Madison and Dearborn as Fruition Partners’ best option. The DTZ team negotiated the deal with Jack McKinney Jr. and Matt Lerner of J.F. McKinney + Associates, representing the landlord, Hearn. At the same time, they sub-leased Fruition Partners’ former headquarters space at 168 N. Clinton St.
Additional details of the agreement were not released.
