i3 Investors recently purchased 109 Innovation Court, a 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial facility in Delaware County, Ohio, the fastest-growing county in Ohio.
This marks the fourth property the firm has acquired in the greater Columbus market.
Built in 2020, the building is currently 100 percent leased to six tenants, including anchor tenants Fastenal and American Freight. The seller was represented by Jeff Boll and Ray Boll of RJ Boll.
With the addition of 109 Innovation Court, i3’s growing portfolio includes nearly 2 million square feet of industrial space throughout the Midwest and South with multiple properties in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
