Ice Mobility, a global supply chain provider, has leased a 98,735-square-foot warehouse and office property at 610 Schelter Road in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
Cushman & Wakefield arranged the headquarters lease on behalf of the property owner, Industrial Property Trust. Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Eric Fischer worked on the transaction. Tom Condon of Lee & Associates served as the tenant broker.
