Industrial Commercial Properties acquired the 159,000-square-foot former Dillard’s store that sits on 18 acres at Midway Mall in Elyria, Ohio.
“We believe this locaiton is uniquely positioned for development,” said Chris Semarjian, owner of ICP, in a statement.
ICP has experience with adaptive reuse of both retail and industrial properties. ICP acquired Randall Park Mall in North Randall, Ohio, in 2014, and that location is now home to a 960,000-square-foot Amazon Fulfillment Center.
