Illinois-based MAT Holdings, a manufacturing, marketing and distribution company, purchased a newly constructed Class A industrial building located at 6975 Sycamore Canyon Blvd. in Riverside, California.
The property was sold by Investment Building Group for 428.2 million. MAT was represented by Chicago-based Interstate Tenant Advisors along with Brad Gilmer, a principal with Lee & Associates Orange.
MAT has plans to make the 303,100-square-foot building its west coast distribution center.
