Richard Park has joined Matt Wavering’s commercial brokerage team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty in Champaign, Ill.
Park has worked in the financial industry in Chicago, Champaign and at the University of Illinois. Most recently, Park worked as a sales associate with a local residential real estate firm.
Matt Rodriguez has also joined the staff of Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty as the company’s marketing coordinator.
