Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based NAI Hiffman and Hiffman National, the firm’s property management and advisory services division, appointed Puja Doshi as chief financial officer, effective January 2026.
As CFO, Doshi will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, planning and operations, supporting Hiffman’s continued growth while advancing its mission to make lives easier for clients through seamless, integrated commercial real estate solutions and a people-first culture.
Doshi brings two decades of financial experience in commercial real estate, most recently serving as global head of financial planning and analysis for leasing advisory at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). During her tenure with JLL, she led finance organizations across regional, national and global platforms, where she oversaw three merger-and-acquisition integrations and developed data-driven financial strategies that generated multiple years of double-digit top- and bottom-line growth.
Doshi’s background also includes accounting and audit experience in prior roles with Equity Residential and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, augmenting her strategic capabilities with a wealth of experience in financial reporting, compliance and real estate advisory services.
Doshi holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois.
