Fairview Heights, Illinois-based construction management firm IMPACT Strategies has made three key promotions.
Mike Voss has been promoted from senior project manager to project director. He has dedicated the last 14 yeas of his career to IMPACT Strategies. He successfully led and completed the firm’s largest project in its history at the AMEREN headquarters in St. Louis.
Voss has more than 30 years of construction experience.
Eric Tucker has been promoted from assistant project manager to project manager. He will now take on increased project management responsibilities for clients such as Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation and U-Haul. He has been with IMPACT Strategies since 2019.
Gerica Stucker has been promoted from accounting coordinator to payroll and human resources specialist. Since joining IMPACT in 2022, Stucker has been instrumental in transitioning payroll into a new system while continuing to take on human resources and payroll responsibilities.
