Clarendon Hills, Illinois-based LM Commercial Real Estate recently expanded its brokerage team with the addition of Mike Berry and Brian Wabick to the company’s industrial group.
Merry returns to LM Commercial after having worked at Cawley Chicago Commercial selling and leasing industrial properties. Wabick formerly worked with Paine/Wetzel Associates.
