Northbrook, Illinois-based Pine Tree, LLC recently hired Kevin Forrest as senior property manager for its national shopping center portfolio.
A seasoned property management professional, Forrest brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the company’s property management team.
Before joining Pine Tree, the 57-year-old Forrest was portfolio manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Rosemont, Illinois, where he managed a portfolio of Class-A and -B suburban office properties in the Chicago area.
Forrest currently serves as vice president of the board of Family Service of Lake County.
