The Telos Group LLC (Telos) announced a new lease at 300 South Riverside Plaza, where they represent ownership, Third Millennium Group & David Werner Real Estate, in leasing. Illinois Policy, an independent research and advocacy organization, signed a lease for 9,275 SF earlier this quarter.
300 South Riverside Plaza is a 1.1 million-square-foot, 23-story, LEED Gold Certified, Class A office tower located in Chicago’s West Loop. Sitting on the west bank of the Chicago River with 54,000-square-foot floor plates, the building boasts river views with massive windows illuminating its office spaces.
This deal points to a larger trend of commercial real estate rebounding in Chicago’s Loop as the nation emerges from the COVID-19 crisis. As a part of Chicago’s burgeoning southwestern Loop, 300 South Riverside Plaza is seeking to take advantage of renewed tenant interest. As one of only a few deals signed thus far in 2021, the Illinois Policy deal at 300 South Riverside Plaza signals new momentum for this building and the downtown market.
Jamey Dix and Colton Riemenschneider represented the landlord in the deal. Larry Serota, Kimberlyn de Buhr, and Daye Williams of Transwestern represented the tenant in the deal.
