Paul Sevenich has joined Westmont, Illinois-based Tri-Land Properties as vice president of leasing.
Tri-Land specializes in developing, redeveloping and managing grocery-anchored community centers throughout the Midwest and other regions of the country.
Sevenich has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years. He has worked for companies such as CSM Corporation, Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, CBL & Associates and General Growth.
