IMPACT Strategies, Inc. completed its first design-build ambulatory care project for BJC HealthCare. This project is located on the Barnes Jewish St. Peters Hospital campus in St. Charles County, Missouri.
IMPACT Strategies served as the design-builder working closely with architecture firm, Archimages. This remodeling project within an operational medical office building included the renovation and construction of an 18,000 square-foot ambulatory care facility that provides high-quality healthcare services including three operating rooms, two GI procedure rooms, pre/post operations bays, central sterile rooms and a pharmacy.
With an accelerated project timeline, the use of prefabricated head walls that included electrical and medical gas rough-ins were an innovative strategy to create maximum efficiencies to keep the project moving in a timely manner. These headwalls were constructed off-site, then delivered to the site as a complete wall panel. With the support of the experienced team of IMPACT professionals along with our subcontractor partners, this project was delivered on time while keeping the project under budget.
