IMPACT Strategies has been hired to build a GFS Marketplace Store in St. Peter’s, Mo. This comes shortly after IMPACT finished building the St. Louis area’s first GFS Marketplace Store, this one located in Fairview, Ill.
Both locations are owned by Gordon Food Service, the country’s largest family-owned food-service distributor. The company is based in Grand Rapids, Mich.
The St. Peter’s Store, to be located at 311 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, will be a 16,200-square-foot masonry building. Construction is scheduled to wrap up in october of 2013.
