IMPACT Strategies is giving a shopping center in Fairview Heigths, Illinois – in the St. Louis market – a new exterior facade. Crossroads Centre is home to Dollar Tree, Big Lots, T.J. Maxx, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Plato’s Closet and several other retailers.
IMPACT will also be making numerous exterior renovations, including repairs to the parking lot and sidewalks and enhanced lighting.
The project will also include new landscaping isalnds, an updated pylon sign and new fabric canopies. IMPACT will also install a water feature to be incorporated into the retention pond along Lincoln Trail.
