The U-Haul Center in Wentzville, Missouri, is going vertical with IMPACT Strategies at the helm as construction manager.
With concrete foundations being poured, underground rough-ins and CMU elevator shafts nearing completion, construction is advancing swiftly. The 124,056-square-foot project consistsof a three-story concrete cast-in-place tilt-up self-storage warehouse along with a one-story pre-engineered metal building that will house U-Box portable storage containers.
The Wentzville location will help bring additional moving and storing services to the West St. Louis region.
This is IMPACT’s third project with U-Haul. IMPACT recently completed U-Haul’s largest U-Box warehouse facility to date in Springfield, Illinois.
