Inland Bank and Trust has announced the appointment of Joe Rubinas as vice president of commercial real estate lending.
Mr. Rubinas brings 20 years of commercial real estate lending, underwriting and loan management to his position. In his role, Mr. Rubinas will be responsible for building relationships with real estate investors to help grow their business by providing guidance, capital, market knowledge and value-add opportunities.
Prior to joining Inland Bank, he served as VP of commercial real estate for Beverly Bank & Trust Company N.A., a Wintrust community bank, where he was responsible for new business generation and portfolio management. During his career, he has also held positions at Renovo Financial, Bridgeview Bank Group, Byline Bank and LaSalle Bank N.A./Bank of America.
Mr. Rubinas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Marquette University. He is also a Chick Evans, a professional golfer, alumnus and proud supporter of the scholarship program.
