Income Property Organization, a Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based regional apartment brokerage, has added Justin Gettel to its Ohio brokerage team.
Gettel, who joined IPO after interning during 2020, exhibited significant skill and promise as an apartment broker. He graduated at the top of his class from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, with a bachelor of arts in finance.
Before joining the IPO team, Gettel gained valuable experience as an analyst at Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors, which provides investment and asset management solutions to private and institutional clients.
Over the coming years, Gettel will lead IPO’s entry into the Cincinnati market.
