Income Property Organization (IPO), a Bloomfield Hills-based regional apartment brokerage, announced two new additions to its team, Kentucky Sales Associate Ryan Doran and Executive Assistant Miri Gunter.
Doran joined IPO with a mortgage banking and business background, including several years’ experience at Mortgage Industry for Quicken Loans. Doran’s work ethic led him to averaging over $50 million in sales per year. As a former business owner himself, he developed the skillset to easily relate to property owners in the fast-paced, multifamily industry.
Doran’s extensive knowledge will be an asset to IPO as he spearheads their entry into the Kentucky market.
Gunter began her commercial real estate career in 2013 at a local real estate investment firm, where she specialized in office leasing and property management. Her time working for that family-owned company developed her core underwriting and research skills that are critical to thoughtful investment analysis.
Gunter will use her interpersonal skills and marketing background to assist in sourcing and booking the multifamily investments IPO offers.
