Jim Banks has joined Fort Wayne, Ind.-based NAI Harding Dahm as a broker.
Previously, Banks served five years as director of business development at Hagerman Construction. He generated nearly $75 million worth of contracted construction work in the health care, industrial and retail vertical market sectors during his time at Hagerman.
Banks is also a state senator in Indiana, serving Whitley, Wabash, Huntington and Grant counties.
