Indianapolis’ Ambrose Property Group adds development manager, development associate

Indianapolis-based Ambrose Property Group announced today that it has added Zach Imbus as development manager and Will Markowski as development associate.

As development manager, Imbus will support front-end due diligence and predevelopment activities for Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team. Imbus comes to Ambrose from The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority where he supported The Port’s industrial revitalization strategy. He also previously spent seven years with Civil & Environmental Consultants as a site development manager.

Imbus holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The Ohio State University and a real estate graduate certificate from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business and is a licensed Ohio Professional Engineer (PE). Imbus will join the team of Ambrose associates in the firm’s Cincinnati office.

As development associate, Markowski will support Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team with front-end predevelopment activities and execution of projects. Markowski is a graduate of Purdue University with completed internships at both Kimley-Horn and PCL Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. While at Purdue, Markowski founded the Special Olympics at Purdue University (SOCaP), which focused on the inclusion of those with intellectual disabilities through unified, intramural sports.
