Indianapolis’ Bradley Company names COO and chief administrative officer

Indianapolis-based Bradley Company has named Kim Collins as chief operating officer and Heather Turner as chief administrative officer, adding two female industry leaders to the company’s leadership team. 

Kim Collins is the new Chief Operating Officer. She joined Bradley more than a year ago as the Executive Managing Director of Commercial Asset Services, and has been serving as COO on an interim basis since November 2022. Kim will continue her responsibilities growing Bradley’s commercial property and facilities management platform, while supporting all lines of business and enterprise operations. 

Collins has more than 20 years of experience as a property and facilities leader in Indianapolis and Midwestern markets. She is active in and holds national leadership roles with the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Realtors. 

Heather Turner is the new Chief Administrative Officer. She has been with Bradley since 2020 and also serves as the Executive Managing Director of Multi-Family Housing. Heather is responsible for Bradley’s multi-family portfolio of market rate, student and affordable properties. Her new functions will include direct oversight of Human Resources and Risk Management Services, while focusing on cross selling and process improvements. 

Turner brings 25 years of experience in multi-family operations and asset management to her new role. She holds an MBA with a focus in finance, and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Indiana Apartment Association.
