Indianapolis-based Browning Investments received top honors during the third annual Indiana NAIOP Industry Awards Dinnner March 10.
Browning earned the title of Developer of the Year for 2010 for its pipeline of significant economic development projects. This is a repeat honor for Browning, which earned this same award in 2009.
Browning also received top honors, along with CB Richard Ellis, Ice Miller, Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf and the City of Greenfield, on a collaborative effort on the Elanco Global headquarters project. This project earned the nod as the best office project of 2010.
Browning in its role as developer and general contractor built the three-building campus that totaled 129,600 square feet.
