Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently completed the sale of the multi-family properties Beacon Hill, Chesterfield and Kensington in Muncie, Ind.
The three buildings include a total of 103 apartment units. The asking price was $5.9 million. The deal’s sales price was not disclosed.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Michael Wernke and Jim Walsh, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis and Chicago downtown offices.
