Julia Ehret has joined Indianapolis-based healthcare real estate firm Cornerstone Companies as senior vice president of development.
In this new role, Ehret will focus on leading and driving the growth of Cornerstone’s development platform. To date, Cornerstone has successfully completed more than $1 billion of medical office development and construction projects.
Ehret has 13 years of experience in asset management and leasing of medical office properties across the country.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Ehret oversaw a 9-million-square foot portfolio of medical office properties throughout the Midwest and East Coast for HTA, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Butler University – Lacy School of Business.
