Keith Konkoli has been promoted to executive vice president of healthcare at Indianapolis-based Duke Realty.
Konkoli began his career at Duke Realty in 1997 in the company’s Columbus, Ohio, office. In 2005, he was promoted to senior vice president of real estate operations. Two years later, he transitioned to Duke’s healthcare operations, where he was named senior vice president of healthcare for the Midwest.
He led the Duke Realty team in developing the 275,000-square-foot Fifth Third Bank Building, which houses Eskenazi Health physicians and staff. He also led the development of the 86,000-square-foot St. Vincent Carmel Women’s Center.
