Indianapolis’ i3 Investors appointed Ryan Hahn’s as Vice President of Development.
With more than 25 years of construction and development experience, Hahn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team and will play a key role in growing the firm’s portfolio.
Throughout his career, Hahn has led the development and construction of over $1B of industrial warehouse projects throughout the US and Canada. Prior to joining i3 Investors, Hahn spent the last two decades with Verus Partners, a Chicago-based development company. His responsibilities encompassed the management of all phases of development, including land acquisition, infrastructure development to build-to-suit and speculative construction projects.
In addition to managing the firm’s existing development project, Hahn will also focus on acquisitions and new development projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest.
