Lovers Lane Plaza

The Indianapolis office of CB Richard Ellis recently closed a 5,467-square-foot lease at Lovers Lane Plaza, a newly built retail center in Franklin, Ind.

The plaza sits just off Interstate-65 in Indiana’s Johnson County, the second-fastest growing county in the greater Indianapolis area. The center also sits adjacent to a 166,000-square-foot Armory opening in April of 2011, the second largest of its kind in Indiana.

The tenant, Reach Inc., is relocating its current WorkOne facility to the new location at Lovers Lane Plaza. The facility will provide training and employment information to employers and job seekers in several Indiana counties.

Shannon Hicks, a retail sales and leasing agent in the Indianapolis office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the owner, CCreations, LLC. The tenant, Reach, represented itself.
