Indianapolis-based law firm Krieg DeVault recently made two key additions to its staff.
Julie Elliott has joined the real estate and environmental practice group of Krieg DeVault. She will concentrate on commercial real estate transactions and development.
Before joining Krieg DeVault, Elliott served as general counsel for The Annex Group, LLC, a student and affordable housing developer and general contractor. While there, she was responsible for developing and leading corporate legal strategy to protect the company.
David Adams has joined the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial and Real Estate Lending practice groups as a partner. Adams brings more than 18 years of legal experience to the firm.
During his career, Adams has represented banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants and other business owners. He also has experience in entity formation, the acquisition and sale of businesses and the negotation and structuring of complex supply, disribution and other general business agreements.
