Lake Pointe Center 5, a 150,000-square-foot Class-A suburban office building in Indianapolis completed 58,500 square feet of new and renewal leasing.
Two new tenants, leasing 36,000 square feet will move to Lake Pointe Center 5 in the Allison Pointe business park southwest of the I-464 and Allisonville Rd. interchange. The building offers a park-like setting, conference spaces, a fitness center, tenant lounge, and ample parking.
- Egis, a leading global architecture, consulting, construction engineering, and operating firm, is relocating from a single-story flex building in Indianapolis’ Castleton submarket. They will move into the 28,500 sq. ft. space in September 2026.
- Danis, a general contracting and design/build company focused in the healthcare, life sciences, and commercial construction sectors, is opening its first Indianapolis office in Lake Pointe Center 5 with a new 7,500 sq. ft. space. The firm, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, has six offices in the Midwest and the South and employs more than 700 people.
In addition to the new leasing, E-gineering, Inc., a custom software development firm, renewed its 22,500 sq. ft. lease. Lake Pointe Center 5 has served as E-gineering’s headquarters since 2010; the firm employs more than 100 people.
