The Building Owners and Managers Association has named St. Vincent Medical Center Northeast, a medical office building in Fishers, Ind., developed by Duke Realty, as a North Central Region winner in its The Outstanding Building of the Year — better known as TOBY — program.

The 119,844-square-foot medical office building was developed by Indianapolis-based Duke on what is now the campus of Ascension Health’s newly built St. Vincent Fishers Hospital. Duke Realty has managed the building since it opened in 2008.

“It’s an honor for Duke Realty to earn a TOBY award for building management excellence,” says Ryan Rothacker, vice president of asset management and customer service for Duke Realty. “This award is a tribute to our team and its facility management expertise and service to tenants.”
