Indianapolis-based Midland Atlantic Properties named Patrick Boyle its Managing Broker.
In his new role, Mr. Boyle will be responsible for leading and overseeing the firm’s brokerage division, managing daily operations, and driving continued growth across the state of Indiana.
Since joining Midland Atlantic Properties in 2005, Patrick has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a client-focused approach. Over the past two decades, he has built and maintained strong relationships with numerous national retailers, including Chick-fil-A, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Crew Carwash and Kroger among others.
