Indianapolis-based developer Milhaus recently hired James Benning as president of Milhaus construction.
Benning will oversee the construction division, overseeing projects across Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.
Before joining Milhaus, Benning led the construction of $650 million of multifamily, retail, commercial, municipal, medical, industrial, federal, highway heavy and land-development projects. He also recently developed a $100 million urban, mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee.
In addition to a background in construction and specifically field constructions, Benning brings experience in commercial and consumer lending with Wells Fargo Bank.
