The Indianapolis office of CBRE helped close the sale of a 23,395-square-foot office/showroom facility in Indianapolis on behalf of Neher Group South, LLC.
The facility is a free-standiung flex building on more than two acres of land.
Mark Writt, a broker for CBRE’s industrial group, represented the seller, Neher Group.
