Megan Martin has joined the Indianapolis office of Cresa as a senior advisor. She will focus on medical facilities and healthcare-related space needs.
Before joining Cresa, Martin spent more than 15 years in both the healthcare and commercial real estate industries. Her background includes roles as a registered nurse, patient care case manager and nurse liason between extended-care facilities and hospitals before starting her career in commercial real estate in 2008.
Cresa established its Indianapolis office in 1998. Managing principals Leslie Teskey adn Tim O’Brien run the office.
