Indianapolis office of JLL hires healthcare specialist

Katie Sobotowski

Katie Sobotowski has joined the Indianapolis office of JLL as a senior vice president with the healthcare and biosciences practice team. Sobotowski joins the JLL team with more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining JLL, Sobotowski worked as a Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services for a local commercial real estate firm, where she was responsible for all healthcare-related real estate transactions within the state of Indiana and for select healthcare clients on a national basis. She also brings extensive real estate development strategy and portfolio management experience from her role as Director of Real Estate Development for Indiana University Health.

Sobotowski will work primarily on the occupier side of the Healthcare and Biosciences business lines at JLL. Her responsibilities will include fostering relationships with clients and growing the tenant representation portfolio. 

In addition to her role at JLL, Sobotowski is involved with commercial real estate organizations including the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and Indianapolis Downtown, Inc., and was a CoStar Group Indianapolis Power Broker recipient in 2010.

Sobotowski is on the Board of Directors for The Milk Bank, a group of community leaders and healthcare leaders working collectively to ensure more infants get to celebrate their first birthday.
