Onyx+East, a full-service home builder based in Indianapolis, has hired Adam Mallory as Vice President of Capital Markets. Mallory brings more than a decade of commercial real estate investment experience to the team.
Mallory joins Onyx+East from First Internet Bank, where he served as Vice President of CRE Lending. He is experienced in brokering debt and equity capital for developers and investors, originating new commercial real estate loans, building and managing relationships with lenders and borrowers, and managing portfolios upwards of $500 million. Prior to First Internet Bank, Mallory was a Director for the professional services firm JLL, which specializes in real estate and investment management.
Mallory will work closely with CFO Andrew Lahr on financing and equity for development deals. Along with 12 years of real estate finance experience, he served as an associate at Frost Brown Todd, where he worked directly with the CRE lending team.
Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is based at the Indianapolis office.
