She specializes in investment, medical office, office, & industrial properties, with a proven track record in buying, selling, leasing, assemblage, investment sales, as well as tenant representation.

Melissa is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the commercial real estate industry. Awarded by the CCIM Institute, the CCIM designation signifies advanced expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, investment strategy, & negotiation.
