Saimir Qalliu has been named partner and chief operating officer of Cushman & Wakefield|Summit in Indianapolis.
Before his promotion, Qalliu was a senior vice preisent of finance and operations at Summit. Before joining the company, he worked as project manager for Central Parking Corporation, where he managed a portfolio of parking facilities.
