South Bend, Ind.-based Bradley Company is now operating as an independent company under a single name, leaving its affiliation with CBRE.
The company formerly operated locally under the CBRE|Bradley name, and also operated divisions under the Bradley Residential Managemnet and Bradley Maintenance Services names.
The newly renamed Bradley Company provides commercial brokerage services, commercial and multi-housing management, real estate tax consulting, maintenance services, project and facilities management, research services and strategic planning.
Brad Toothaker is the chief executive officer of Bradley Company.
