Fair Oaks Farms in Fair Oaks, Indiana, opened its first hotel on the property, a 99-room Fairfield by Marriott, Fair Oaks Farm.
In keeping with the farm theme, the exterior of the hotel resembles an 80-foot-tall contemporary barn with an adjoining single-story “milking parlor” that holds the hotel’s pool and fitness amenities. The property also features two large silos with guest suites.
The hotel includes a great room with device power stations, two pool tables, a 2,100-square-foot patio and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
The Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Fair Oaks Farms features 31 suites. The hotel connects to Fair Oaks Famrs’ 17,000-square-foot Farmhouse Restaurant, conference center and pub.
