Brian Harding is the new chief operating officer of management services at the Mishawaka, Indiana, office of Newmark Grubb Cressy & Everett.
Harding is responsible for asset management, property management, facilities maintenance and construciton management.
Harding brings more than nine years of experience in property management to his new position. He previously served as managing director of multihousing property management services at Bradley Company.
