Evansville, Indiana-based Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat communities, added Joe Eckerman as acquisitions analyst.
In this new position, Eckerman will be responsible for identifying new properties for Regency to purchase.
Eckerman, an Avon, Indiana, native, recently graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business with majors in finance, real estate finance, entrepreneurship and corporate innovation.
Eckerman completed an internship in the Business Management department at Regency in the summer of 2017.
