Mullinix Packages, Inc. recently leased 90,000 square feet in an industrial building located at 6916 Nelson Road in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Fletcher Moppert of Fort Wayne’s The Zacher Company/CORFAC International, represented Mullinix in the transaction. Steven Zacher and Brent Overholt, both also of The Zacher Company, represented the landlord, Kelro Properties, LLC.
