Industrial Commercial Properties, a Cleveland-based real estate development company, recently acquired two properties totaling 47,000 square feet in Holland, Michigan, and Bryan, Ohio.
ICP purchaed the properties from Adient, a manufacturer of automotive seats.
Both properties are fully leased to Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. YFAI is a global supplier of interior equipment for the auto industry. The company is headquartered in Shanghai.
The facility in Bryan, Ohio, is 320,500 square feet at 918 S. Union St. The second property is 148,000 square feet at 1776 Airport Park Court in Holland, Michigan.
