Industrial Commercial Properties has acquired the Sherwin Williams Company’s research and development campus in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
The property includes 105 acres and several commercial buildings. Sherwin-Williams has entered into a short-term leaseback agreement with Industrial Commercial Properties.
