Industrial Commercial Properties, in a joint venture with Jade-Sterling Co., Inc., has acquired a manufacturing building at 26400 Richmond Road in Sterling Heights, Ohio.
The property is about 200,000 square feet. Jade-Sterling will consolidate several locations here, with the building serving as the company’s corporate headquarters.
The Jade Steel group of companies employes about 100 people with 50 who will move from Twinsburg, Ohio, to Bedford Heights. The company also plans to continue hiring additional personnel during the next few years.
The property will undergo a complete interior and exterior renovation, implementing a racking system, improved crane capacity and track access and modern office space.
