Industrial Commercial Properties has acquired the 112,000-square-foot office/industrial building at 23550 Commerce Park Drive in Beachwood, Ohio.
ICP during the last 16 months has acquired 32 assets totaling 5.5 million square feet and 500 acres of developable land. This transaction represents the 10th acquisition in 2021 and the first in the city of Beachwood for ICP.
ICP’s total portfolio includes more than 150 properties totaling 42 million square feet with more than 300 tenants in five states.
ICP’s new acquisition will undergo total indoor and exterior renovations, including a new facade. ICP will also upgrade the warehouse with epoxy floors and LED lighting.
